Siana is a warm and enthusiastic person that holds a deep love for music and connecting with others. Her passion to learn about music and its contributions to health led Siana to graduate with her Masters of Music Therapy (M.Mus.Thy.) through The University of Melbourne in 2023. Prior to finishing her Masters, Siana has also obtained a Bachelor of Music Performance and Songwriting (B.Mus.) and a Diploma of Music Industry (Dip.Mus.Ind.) during highschool at Music Industry College (renowned as the real life ‘School of Rock’). Siana is known to work hard at doing what she loves. She is proud to be a Registered Music Therapist (RMT) accredited by the Australian Music Therapy Association (AMTA), and a Professional Musician within the Australian Music Industry. Siana has a background as a multi-instrumentalist, and has established a name in the music industry for writing and publishing her music, performing in bands, and extensively touring as a professional rock performer, singer and bass player. Siana has also mentored upcoming musicians on their journeys within the music industry.

During these years, Siana has witnessed the importance of music in not just her own life, but in the lives of others. In all aspects of work, Siana recognises the many ways in which music empowers our hope, our story and our connection to self and others - as this breathes into the lives we live as individuals and into the lives of our families, friends, pets, communities and cultures. Throughout her music therapy journey, Siana has offered music therapy to babies, children, adolescents, young people and adults across the lifespan. She has also facilitated individual and group music therapy programs for at home-visits, allied health spaces, schools, aged care residencies and hospitals. From these introductions, Siana continues to specialise working with autistic people, particularly autistic adolescents and children. Siana also works with people affected by mental health broadly, and specialises working with people affected by eating disorders or eating issues.

Siana is neurodiverse and also shares lived experience coming into the music therapy rooms and in other mental health spaces. She holds qualities of compassion, care and connection within her work, and is committed to offering a holistic service that honours each person and is tailored to centering who they are as individuals and beyond. Siana works alongside people, their families and allied health teams to foster the most positive and empowering experience that strives towards achieving their goals and dreams.

Outside of working musically, Siana considers herself a ‘creative’, as she enjoys making pottery and painting. Siana also loves adventuring to wonders across Australia, typically partaking in a forest walk or spending a day in the ocean. As a lover of all animals, Siana also spends a lot of time playing with her dog Ollie and cooking food to eat with him.
