Megan Kendrick

Megan is a qualified music teacher, having completed her Contemporary Music Performance degree, majoring in Voice and Saxophone at JMC Academy in 2018. Since then Megan has been teaching music privately at a music school on Brisbane's Northside, and she has more recently, started performing as the lead vocalist in a covers band with her fellow music teachers. Not only does Megan have expertise in voice, but she also specialises in teaching saxophone, clarinet, flute, piano, ukulele and the guitar - you could certainly say that she has a passion for music!

Megan's interest in Music Therapy began when she was in her teenage years, when she was able to experience first-hand the positive impacts that Music Therapy had with a family member. Since then, Megan has been gaining the musical skills and therapeutic knowledge to aim to study her Masters in Music Therapy in 2022.

When Megan isn't playing music, she enjoys playing video games, spending quality time with her family and seeing the beautiful elements that nature has to offer.
